1bdtk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1bdtk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1bdtk website, games, and services available at https://1bdtk.pro and all associated subdomains and platforms (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account on 1bdtk, by depositing funds, by placing a bet, or by otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

2. Eligibility

Access to 1bdtk is restricted. The following eligibility criteria must all be satisfied before you may register an account or use the Service.

• 2.1

  Minimum Age Requirement

  You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any part of the 1bdtk Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or older. 1bdtk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned.
• 2.2

  One Account Per Person

  Each individual may hold only one active account on 1bdtk. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is detected belonging to the same individual (identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds forfeited. The original account may also be subject to review.
• 2.3

  Accurate Registration Information

  You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested during KYC verification. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
• 2.4

  Responsibility for Account Activity

  You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested. You must keep your login credentials confidential. 1bdtk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of 1bdtk services, you must complete the registration process and, where required, pass our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedure.

• 3.1

  Registration Process

  Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and the creation of a secure password. You may also be asked to provide your full name and date of birth at this stage. By completing registration, you confirm you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• 3.2

  KYC Identity Verification

  1bdtk may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your National ID card, passport, or driving licence; proof of address; and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.
• 3.3

  Account Security

  You must maintain the confidentiality of your password and must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1bdtk support immediately. 1bdtk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• 3.4

  Account Closure by Player

  You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 1bdtk support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable processing times. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1bdtk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your account.

• 4.1

  Accepted Payment Methods

  1bdtk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change. The current list is displayed in your account cashier.
• 4.2

  Deposit Processing

  Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 1bdtk account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective mobile banking provider. 1bdtk does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits or charges.
• 4.3

  Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes to bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. 1bdtk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• 4.4

  Withdrawal of Bonuses

  Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. To withdraw winnings derived from bonus funds, you must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) specified in the promotion terms for each individual bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1bdtk offers bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 1bdtk are provided by third-party certified gaming providers. The rules of each game are governed by that game's own rules as set by the provider, which are accessible within the game interface.

• 6.1

  Certified RNG Systems

  All slot games, virtual games, and random-outcome games on 1bdtk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from regulated providers. RNG outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account balance, or previous game history. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by providers and are not altered by 1bdtk.
• 6.2

  Malfunction Policy

  In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption during gameplay, 1bdtk reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Any winnings generated during a confirmed technical error period may also be voided. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• 6.3

  Sports Betting Results

  Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 1bdtk uses reliable data feed providers but does not guarantee the real-time accuracy of live score updates. Official results take precedence over any live data displayed on the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on 1bdtk. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

1bdtk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may trigger account action.

• 8.1

  Breach of Terms

  Any confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 7, may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. 1bdtk will notify the player of the suspension and the reason for it as soon as reasonably practicable after the action is taken.
• 8.2

  Failed KYC Verification

  If a player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by 1bdtk, the account may be restricted from making further deposits or withdrawals until the verification is completed. Persistent failure to verify may result in account closure and return of verified balance only.
• 8.3

  Self-Exclusion

  Players who request self-exclusion under 1bdtk's Responsible Gaming policy will have their account suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. During this period, the player will not be permitted to register a new account, and 1bdtk will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications being sent to the self-excluded player.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1bdtk shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if 1bdtk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1bdtk makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Amendments to These Terms

1bdtk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is the player's responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, 1bdtk will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account. Continued use of 1bdtk following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and request account closure.
